Welcome to Marovoya. By using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Marovoya, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Marovoya is a travel companion app for Morocco that provides city guides, AI-powered travel assistance, trip planning, offline maps, a Darija phrasebook, and related features. The App is available in free and paid (Pro) tiers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Free and Pro Tiers

Free Tier: Provides access to basic features including limited AI guide queries (10/day), one active trip, and basic phrasebook.

Pro Tier: Available as a weekly ($3.49) or monthly ($7.99) subscription. Provides unlimited AI guide access, unlimited trips, offline maps and guides, full Darija phrasebook with audio, budget tracker, and trip export.

Subscriptions are managed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the respective store's policies.

5. AI Guide

The AI Guide provides travel recommendations and information. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Always verify critical information (safety, health, legal requirements) from official sources. Marovoya is not liable for decisions made based on AI Guide responses.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create in the App (trips, notes, photos). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Use the AI Guide to generate harmful, misleading, or abusive content
• Reverse-engineer or copy the App's features or design
• Resell or redistribute the App or its content

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Marovoya. City guides, destination data, and curated content are proprietary.

9. Limitation of Liability

Marovoya is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to travel decisions made based on App content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@marovoya.com.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Morocco.
